Rock art from the heart we are love and grateful. Keep the journal and know how important gratitude is even for the hard challenges that is how we grow!!

Was taught this many many years ago!!! Love love peace peace gratitude.

A beautiful print from pure gratitude. Gratitude a way of life. I learned this through my yoga mentor over 25 years ago as we practiced gratitude meditations after a power yoga class.
This rock art I created with beautiful plumeria from Maui Hawaii. I still to this day write my gratitude everyday. Now the world is doing this which is so so beautiful!!

See your life change as you manifest your dreams and are grateful for what you have. Even grateful for the challenges as this is where we grow.
So grateful you are reading this now and seeing my magical art gallery from love, peace, kindness and pure compassion!! I love you.
