When the time comes for your artwork to leave the studio, it is carefully wrapped, protected and prepared for its journey, with the hope that it arrives safely and brings as much joy to your home as it did while it was being created.
Whether your new artwork is travelling across town or across the world, every piece is packaged with the same care and attention.
Processing Your Order
Available artworks are usually carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
If you’ve commissioned a bespoke artwork, Lisa will personally discuss the expected completion timeframe with you before beginning your piece, ensuring every brushstroke receives the time and attention it deserves.
International Shipping
Lisa’s artwork has found homes all around the world, and it is always a privilege to know that each painting continues its story with someone new.
International shipping is available, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
Each Lisa Love artwork is an original creation, lovingly made by hand and impossible to recreate in exactly the same way.
For this reason, change of mind returns are not accepted.
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Include a few photographs of both the artwork and its packaging, and we’ll do everything we can to make things right.
